To Gain Access to Information Contained Herein You Must Set Up an Investor Account. By setting up an Investor Account you (the "Recipient") are agreeing with Maxx Sports Technologies Limited ("Maxx") that you, or any persons with whom you share information, will keep all information contained herein confidential, and that any breach of this Agreement is subject to legal action in the USA.  In consideration of the disclosure of this Information by Maxx to the Recipient, you further covenant and agree with Maxx as follows:

1. Recipient shall not derive any personal benefit from the Information or from its use or application except as agreed in writing by Maxx.

2. Recipient acknowledges that it shall have no rights to transfer in any way whatsoever its rights in, or interest under, this Agreement.
